Production Portal Business Problem
In steel manufacturing business there is a delay of around 24 hrs in manufacturing of material and creating its relevant process order in SAP after Quality assurance.
In order to reduce this delay a portal is introduced for data entry purposes on each stage of production and reports are generated on immediate basis of each batch or heat determining its chemical composition and hence reducing the delay from 24 hours to N-1 of batch production that is 8 hrs.

- At each stage of production user will provide inputs based on process.
- Calculations will be performed based on Quality reports required from system to take better informed decisions.
